I have GERD and I prefer to take only one tablet each day. I use Nexium or Prilosec and either one works well for me.
enquire about PROTIUM 1 a day will reduce the acid the stomach makes, so the less chance of acid reflux.Also look at your diet cut out spicy food and dont eat too much at any one time.
For myself it really helps.
