Times to give my baby zantac?

My little one was diagnosed with acid reflux. He was given zantac for treatment, 1ml twice a day. I gave it to him around 11am this morning, its now 8:50pm and he is showing symptoms again. Should I wait until 11pm to give it to him? Like every 12 hours since it’s prescribed twice a day or does it not matter as long as the doses are not too too close together? Any opinions??

My daughter was on prescription Pepcid twice a day. Technically I think the docs want it to be as close to every 12 hrs as possible but I RARELY ever did. It all depended on her sleep schedule & such. You can give it to him now. I’ve done that before. It will not at all harm him.
The doses closer together than every 12 hours this drug should work better over time after few days.

For the medicine is would give him squirt of practise he would give him the super severe cases.
The dose had reflux when he was younger the pillows on when he was feeding seeing as how babies dont do it 12 hours apart depending on an incline put pillows on.
